摘要
目的深入研究生血宁片在维持性血液透析患者贫血治疗中的临床效果。方法选取2012年8月~2015年6月在我院接受维持性血液透析治疗并伴有贫血的患者47例,将患者随机分为对照组（22例）和治疗组（25例）,对多糖铁复合物胶囊和生血宁片的治疗效果进行对照研究。结果治疗组患者的Hb、Hct、SF、TSAT四项贫血指标与对照组比较,t=5.42,5.11,6.22,5.21,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论生血宁片治疗维持性血液透析患者贫血的效果确切,能够使患者的铁缺乏及贫血状况得到快速纠正。
Objective To study the clinical effect of shengxuening tablets in the treatment of anemia in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods From August 2012 to June 2015,47 patients with,maintenance hemodialysis treatment and anemia received in our hospital,and patients were randomly divided into control group（22 cases）and the treatment group（n=25）,polysaccharide iron complex capsules and shengxuening tablets treatment effect were studied. Results The Hct,SF,Hb,TSAT four anemia indexes of the treatment group were compared with the control group,t=5.42,5.11,6.22,5.21,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of shengxuening tablets treatment to maintain the exact effect of anemia in hemodialysis patients,can make patients with iron deficiency and anemia status quickly corrected,should be vigorously promoted.
