真武强心汤辅助治疗老年心衰的临床观察

Efficacy of Zhenwu Qiangxin Decoction in Adjuvant Treatment of Senile Congestive Heart Failure

目的研究分析老年心衰患者接受真武强心汤辅助治疗的效果。方法根据2012年6月~2014年6月我院的心力衰竭患者来进行研究分析,共有63例,分组为对照组和观察组,对照组30例患者采取西医治疗,观察组33例患者采取西医治疗和真武强心汤治疗,对两组的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果观察组的临床治疗有效率是90.91%,对照组的临床治疗有效率是70.5%,两组结果存在统计学差异性（P〈0.05）;观察组患者的心衰控制时间比对照组短,两组患者治疗前后均有所改善,观察组的改善效果更好（P〈0.05）。结论老年心力衰竭治疗中辅助应用真武强心汤可有效改善患者临床症状,提高治疗效果。

Objective To study the effect of elderly heart failure patients received adjuvant treatment of zhenwu qiangxin decoction. Methods According to the heart failure patients in our hospital in June 2012 to June 2014 to conduct research and analysis,a total of 63 patients,grouped into control group and observation group,control group of 30 cases of patients taking western medicine treatment,observation group（33 cases）patients to take western medicine treatment and zhenwu strong heart decoction treatment,contrast and analysis of the clinical effect of the treatment of the two groups. Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 90.91%,the effective rate was 70.5% in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,the control group was shorter than the control group,two groups of patients before and after treatment were improved,the observation group improved more obviously,the effect was better（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of senile heart failure auxiliary application zhenwu qiangxin decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,improve the therapeutic effect.
