早期应用补阳还五汤治疗高血压脑出血开颅术后70例临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the Treatment of 70 Postoperation Cases With Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的研究高血压脑出血患者行开颅血肿清除术后早期应用补阳还五汤的疗效。方法收集我院2014年1月~2015年2月高血压脑出血患者70例,行开颅血肿清除术,术后早期予以补阳还五汤加减鼻饲或口服,6个月后随访观察疗效。结果基本痊愈11例,占15.7%,总有效率87.1%。结论高血压脑出血行开颅血肿清除术的患者,早期应用补阳还五汤疗效明显。

Objective To research the early effect of buyang huanwu decoction that be toke by hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients after the operation of removal of hematoma craniotomy. Methods 70 hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients between January 2014 to February 2015,and then early took buyang huanwu decoction by orally or nasal feeding,observed the curative effect after 6 months. Results 11 patients be cured,accounting for 15.7%,and the total effective rate was 87.1%. Conclusion The curative effect of taking buyang huanwu decoction in the early to hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients after surgery is obvious.
