摘要
目的研讨中药熏洗联合a-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法糖尿病周围神经病变病例90例,随机分成对照组和观察组各45例。对照组仅接受a-硫辛酸治疗,观察组接受中药熏洗联合a-硫辛酸治疗。结果观察组的糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗联合a-硫辛酸治疗糖在糖尿病周围神经病变中的临床效果显著。
Objective To study the clinical curative effect of traditional chinese medicine fumigation combined a-lipoic acid in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 90 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients,randomly divided into control group and observation group 45 cases each. The control group only accept a-lipoic acid treatment,observation group received traditional chinese medicine fumigation combined a-lipoic acid treatment. Results The observation group of peripheral neuropathy in diabetes patients with clinical effect was better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine fumigation combined a-lipoic acid treatment of the sugar in diabetic peripheral neuropathy effect.
