尿沉渣与尿常规在尿液检验中的相关性探讨

Correlation of Urinary Sediment and Urine Routines in the Urine Test

目的探讨尿沉渣与尿常规在尿液检验中的相关性。方法对我院2014年12月~2015年6月采集的124例尿液样本进行尿沉渣和尿常规检查,比较两种检查方法的阴性和阳性检出率。结果尿沉渣和尿常规检查结果在红细胞、白细胞和尿蛋白阳性率和阴性率方面比较差异并不显著（P〉0.05）;将两种检查结果有效结合后,红细胞、白细胞和尿蛋白的符合率分别为96.0%、98.4%、97.6%。结论尿沉渣与尿常规在尿液检验中的准确性均较高,联合应用更有助于提高尿检精度,降低漏检率。

Objective To investigate the correlation between urinary sediment and urine routines in the urine test. Methods From December 2014 to June 2015,124 cases of urinary sediment and urine routines examination,compared two kinds of inspection methods of urine negative and positive detection rate. Results Urine and urine routine examination results in red blood cells,white blood cells and the positive rate of urine protein and negative rate aspect difference was not significant（P〉 0.05）,white blood cells and protein in the urine of coincidence rate was 96.0%,98.4% and 97.6%. Conclusion Urinary sediment and urine routine in a urine test accuracy are highcombined with more help to improve the accuracy of urine.
