摘要
目的探讨房颤患者和窦性心律患者血清NT-pro BNP水平的不同以及NT-pro BNP与心脏超声心动图舒张参数的关系。方法对66例心衰患者进行心脏超声和血清NT-pro BNP检查;分为房颤和窦律两组,比较两组NT-pro BNP水平,并分析超声心动图相关参数与NT-pro BNP的相关性。结果 AF组NT-pro BNP水平高于NS组;AF组左房内径和二尖瓣环运动速度高于NS组:NT-pro BNP与E、舒张期肺静脉血流呈正相关性。结论 NT-pro BNP在左室射血分数正常的房颤患者中与心脏超声舒张功能参数具有相关性。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum NT-pro BNP levels and in patients with atrial fibrillation and sinus rhythm,and the relationship between NT-pro BNP and cardiac echocardiography. Methods Cardiac ultrasound and serum NT-pro BNP were performed in 66 patients with heart failure,and two groups were divided into groups. The NT-pro BNP level was compared between the two groups. Results AF group of NT pro BNP level was significantly higher than that in NS group,in AF group,left atrial diameter and mitral annular motion velocities higher than NS group： NT pro BNP and E,diastolic pulmonary venous flow was positively correlated. Conclusion NT-pro BNP has a correlation with the parameters of diastolic function in patients with atrial fibrillation with normal left ventricular ejection fraction.
