急性脑血管病的院前急救体会

Pre-hospital First Aid Experience of Acute Cerebrovascular Disease

目的对急性脑血管病的院前急救措施进行总结。方法选择2013年5月~2015年4月我院急诊科收治的128例急性脑血管病患者作为本次的研究对象,其中72例实施院前急救的患者作为观察组,56例患者由家属自行送入院者作为对照组,比较两组的死亡率和恶化率。结果观察组死亡率和恶化率分别为11.11%、13.89%,低于对照组的23.21%、28.57%,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对急性脑血管病患者实施有效的院前急救措施可以降低死亡率和恶化率。

Objective To summarize the pre hospital emergency care experience of acute cerebrovascular disease. Methods 128 cases of acute cerebral vascular disease patients treated in our hospital from April 2013 to May 2015 were selected as the research object,72 cases which treated with hospital emergency patients were selected as the observation group,56 cases with their families to send admission as the control group,the mortality and deterioration rate of the two groups was compared. Results The mortality rate and the deterioration rate of the observation group was 11.11% and 13.89% respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group（23.21%,28.57%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In patients with acute cerebral vascular disease,the implementation of effective pre hospital care measures can significantly reduce the mortality and the deterioration rate.
