摘要
目的研究综合护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2012年1月~2015年2月我院收治的108例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇,根据不同护理方法将其分为两组,观察组予综合护理干预措施,对照组予常规护理措施,观察其护理效果。结果观察组产妇及新生儿并发症发生率均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论综合护理干预措施能有效改善妊娠期糖尿病妊娠患者分娩结局,改善母婴预后。
Objective To study the comprehensive nursing intervention on gestational diabetes pregnancy outcome. Methods From January 2012 to February 2015 in our hospital,108 cases of pregnant women with gestational diabetes,according to the different methods of care were divided into two groups,the observation group to comprehensive care interventions,the control group received usual care measures,observed its care benefits. Results The incidence of maternal and neonatal complications was less than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the outcome of pregnancy in patients with gestational diabetes childbirth,improve maternal prognosis.
