摘要
目的研究人性化护理措施应用于妊娠并发心力衰竭产妇剖宫产围术期护理工作中发挥的作用。方法选择在本院接受剖宫产治疗的120例妊娠并发心力衰竭产妇,设置常规组合人性化护理组,常规组给予常规围术期护理,人性化护理组选择人性化护理措施开展临床护理工作。结果常规组总体心力衰竭发生率76.67%,比人性化护理的10.0%高(P<0.05)。结论针对妊娠并发心力衰竭产妇剖宫产围术期护理工作,选择人性化护理措施的护理效果十分显著。
Objective To study the effect of humanized nursing care in the treatment of patients with pregnancy complicated with heart failure. Methods 120 cases of pregnancy complicated with heart failure were selected in our hospital,and the routine group were treated by routine nursing group. Results The incidence of heart failure in the conventional group was 76.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the 10%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of pregnancy complicated with heart failure maternal cesarean section perioperative nursing work,the choice of human nature nursing measures of nursing effect is very significant.
