摘要
目的探究综合护理对糖尿病合并阿尔茨海默病患者的影响。方法选取我科2013年2月~2014年5月收治48例糖尿病合并阿尔茨海默病患者（老年痴呆）,随机分为两组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理,观察两组患者护理效果。结果观察组状况改善果优于对照组;观察组护理总有效率高于对照组,均差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论糖尿病合并阿尔茨海默病患者,采用综合护理的方式能够降低住院时间和出院时间,并控制血糖的情况,确保患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the impact of comprehensive care for diabetic patients with alzheimer＇s disease. Methods From February 2013 to May 2014,48 cases of diabetic patients with alzheimer＇s disease patients,they were randomly divided into two groups,the control group received usual care,observation group integrated care,nursing effects were observed. Results The situation improved fruit than the control group,observation group care was always higher than efficiency,were significantly different（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with diabetes mellitus and alzheimer＇s,integrated care approach can reduce the length of stay and discharge time and circumstances to control blood sugar,to ensure the quality of life of patients.
