Deep Integration of Culture and Modern Industry and Its Performance Evaluation--Taking Suining as an Example

文化与现代产业深度融合的核心问题是文化与产业一体化。对于文化和产业基础相对薄弱的中等城市来说,不应采取与文化、资本、人才集中的大城市相同的发展战略,而应积极把握新元素、新业态的发展动态,在新领域中抢占先机;破除短期效益限制,注重通过中长期战略培育特色新型文化产业基础,培育地区比较优势,实现文化强市目标。

The core issue of cultural and modern industry deep integration is the integration of culture and industry.The medium-sized cities, where culture and relatively industrial base are weak,should not take the same development strategy of large cities. They should grasp the dynamic development of new elements, new formats, seize the initiative in new areas, get rid of the limit of short-term benefit, pay attention to long-term strategies to develop characteristics of new cultural industrial base, foster regional comparative advantage, in order to achieve the goal of developing city by culture.
