Professional Construction and Reform Based on the Diversified Demand of Logistics Talents

物流管理专业是一个范围比较宽泛的专业,具有广阔的发展前景。我国物流人才严重短缺,物流人才已被国家列为12类紧缺人才之一。本文通过对作者所在单位物流专业改革情况进行分析,进一步阐述物流管理专业在建设中应当结合区域经济发展需求,合理定位人才培养目标,通过建立由行业专家与教育专家组成的专业指导委员会,形成学校与社会共同参与的双向信息反馈系统,并根据区域经济发展对人才的需求而加强对师资队伍素质结构、实训项目及课程体系与教材的建设及改革。

Logistics management major is a wide range of profession, which has broad prospects for development. China has a serious shortage of logistics personnel, logistics personnel has been listed as one of the 12 categories of shortage of talent. This paper analyzes the reform of the logistics specialty in the author＇s unit,further expounds the needs of regional economic development, and establish a two-way information feedback system, which is composed of industry experts and education experts. According to the regional economic development, improve the construction and reform of the quality structure, training program, curriculum system and the course system.
