思想政治教育方法不仅以马克思主义理论为指导,也以哲学、心理学、教育学等学科理论为基础,这就需要不断综合运用这些相关学科所取得的新的研究成果,创新思政教育方法。与其它高校思政教育方法相比,教练技术更注重对人的心态的训练,它要求从人的心理诉求和思维模式入手,促进心理模式的改善,从而达到人的发展的内在要求。
