摘要
从宏观角度建立了DSM多主体综合效果评价体系,在模糊物元模型的基础之上,通过层次分析法与熵值法相结合的主客观赋权组合评价方法,对其指标权重进行了计算。并列举某省DSM实施效果数据,对该地区DSM实施效果进行了综合评价及排序,可为电力需求侧管理的评价及决策提供参考。
DSM multi-agent comprehensive effect evaluation system is established from the macroscopic perspective.Then based on fuzzy matter-element model,index weight is calculated through AHP-entropy,the subjective and objective weight combination evaluation method.Based on the listed data,the DSM implementation effects in a provincial region are comprehensively evaluated and ranked.This research aims to provide the reference for the evaluation and decision-making in power demand side management.
