摘要
为了进一步降低厂用电率,提高火电机组的经济性指标,部分新建机组除将引风机与脱硫增压风机合二为一之外,另一种节能技术,汽动引风机替代电动引风机也被广泛应用。因此,炉膛压力控制从过去的单静叶控制过渡到静叶+转速控制方式。分析了部分现有的控制策略,提出了全程自动的设计,以及在RB、引风机并列过程中的一些新思想,并经某1 000 MW机组应用,取得了良好的应用效果。
In order to further decrease the unit auxiliary power consumption rate and increase the economical efficiency of turbo-generator,in some newly-built unit,IDF is integrated with desulphurization booster fan;moreover,as a new technology of energy saving,steam turbine-driven IDF has been widely used to replace powerdriven IDF.However this promotion requires to change the furnace pressure control strategy from the former single stator blade control to stator blade+ speed control.This paper analyzes some existing control strategies,puts forward the design of full-process automation and some new ideas in RB/IDF parallel operation.Its application in a 1000 MW unit has been proved effective.
