摘要
电气绝缘安全工器具绝缘性能的好坏,直接关系到操作人员的人身安全。电气绝缘安全工器具对绝缘部分的试验,通常以工频交流耐压试验为主。目前使用的试验方法存在着微安表损坏概率较高﹑试验时重复接线、试验人员任务繁重等问题。针对这些问题,设计了现场型绝缘安全工器具平台,通过在高压回路,低压部分毫安表回路串联电阻,并联按钮和放电管来解决现行试验过程中的问题。
Insulation performance of electrical insulation safety instruments is directly related to the personal safety of operators.The insulation test usually gives priority to power frequency AC withstand voltage test.But this test method leads to some problems,such as higher microampere meter damage probability,repeated wiring in test,heavy personnel assignments.To solve these problems in the process of test,this paper designs the field-type insulation safety equipment platform,achieves series resistance through HV circuit and milliammeter loop in low voltage part,and shunts switch and discharge tube.
