基于综合分析法的110kV变压器故障判断

摘要 通过一例110kV变压器状态检修后发现的电容量异常,对变压器停运后进行绕组变形测量、电容量测量、局放、绝缘油色谱等诊断性试验项目的综合分析、并与历年例行试验数据对比,准确判断了故障原因,通过变压器吊罩准确地印证了分析结果,为变压器故障原因查找提供了典型案例。 Capacitance anomaly was detected in a case of 110 kV transformer state maintenance,so diagnostic test was conducted after transformer shutdown in terms of the measurement of transformer winding deformation,capacitance,partial discharge,and insulation oil chromatograph;Through the comprehensive analysis and comparison with the historical routine test data,the cause of the fault was accurately determined.And the analysis results were verified by the transformer cover.This study provides a typical case for transformer fault diagnosis.
