摘要
超高性能水泥基复合材料是一种具有优越的力学性能、耐久性能的新型建筑材料,在超高层建筑、桥梁、隧道、军事防护工程具有广阔的应用前景。利用霍普金森压杆(Split Hopkinson Press Bar,SHPB)对超高性能水泥基复合材料进行动态力学性能的研究,结果发现超高性能水泥基复合材料表现出了明显的应变率效应,即随着加载应变率的增加,应力峰值增加;钢纤维能明显提高试件的抗冲击能力,有利于维持试件的整体完整性。最后,利用有限元分析软件LS-DYNA,对超高性能水泥基复合材料霍普金森压杆冲击压缩试验进行数据模拟。
Ultra-high performance of cementitious composites is a new type of the construction material,which own ultra-high strength and durability ultra-high performance of cementitious composites has broad application prospectsin high-rise buildings,bridges, tunnels,military protection works.In this paper, split hopkinson press bar( SHPB) was used to conduct experimental on ultra-high performance of cementitious composites for dynamic mechanical properties.It was found that ultra-high performance of cementitious composites show significant strain rate effect, that with the increase of strain rate loading,peak stress increases.Steel fibercan significantly improve the specimen anti impact,which maintains the overall integrity of the specimen.Finally, the finite element analysis software LS-DYNA was used for simulation of the impact test.
