高尿酸血症在高血压和血脂代谢中的作用效果

目的探讨高尿酸血症在高血压和血脂代谢中的关联性。方法我院近3年参与体检的大学生16 867例纳入研究,检测血尿酸、血脂代谢指标和血压值,分析高尿酸血症和高血压之间的关系及其对血脂代谢的影响。结果高尿酸血症患者的血脂异常水平和血脂异常发生率及高血压发生率均较尿酸值正常或轻度增高者高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);男性患者高尿酸血症发生率较女性高(P<0.05)。结论血尿酸水平与血压水平和血脂代谢异常情况之间存在相关性,重视控制尿酸水平在心脑血管疾病防治过程中具有重要意义。

【Objective】To explore the role of hyperuricemia in hypertension and lipid metabolism.【Methods】16,867 cases of college students were enrolled in the study, detected uric acid, lipid metabolism and blood pressure values, analyzed the relationship between hyperuricemia and hypertension and its effects on lipid metabolism. 【Results】The dyslipidemia level and dyslipidemia prevalence and incidence of hypertension was significant higher in hyperuricemia patients than people with normal and mild uric acid levels（P〈0.05）; the incidence of hyperuricemia was higher in male than women（P〈0.05）. 【Conclusion】There＇s some relation in uric acid with blood pressure levels and lipid metabolism abnormalities, attention to control uric acid levels is important in the prevention process of heart and cerebrovascular disease.
