摘要 目的探究糖皮质激素吸入(ICS)治疗对支气管哮喘(BA)患者血清蛋白质组的影响。方法回顾性分析我院2012年12月-2015年1月收治的35例BA患者(研究组)的临床资料,同时选取35例同期健康体检者作为对照组,研究组予ICS治疗,分析其对血清蛋白质组影响,并与对照组比较。结果研究组治疗前后RBP丰度、HSP 70及Eotaxin水平高于对照组,辅酶Q10丰度、VDBP水平低于对照组,HSP70、Eotaxin蛋白丰度治疗前高于对照组,治疗后下降,VDBP与之相反(P<0.05)。结论 HSP70、Eotaxin、VDBP参与BA发病机制,且可能成为ICS治疗新靶点。 【Objective】To explore effect of inhaled corticosteroid(ICS) therapy on serum proteome of patients with bronchial asthma(BA). 【Methods】The clinical data of 35 patients with BA treated in our hospital from December 2012 to January 2015 were reviewed, which were set as the study group, and 35 healthy people who had undergone physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group. Patients in the study group received ICS for treatment, and the effect of ICS on serum proteome of the study group was analyzed and compared with the serum proteome of patients in the control group. 【Results】The abundance of RBP and level of HSP70 and Eotaxin in the study group were higher the control group both before and after the treatment, whereas the abundance of coenzyme Q10 and level of VDBP were lower than the control group. Before the treatment, the HSP70 and abundance of Eotaxin protein of the study group were higher than those in the control group, which decreased after the treatment. However, the level of VDBP was quite the opposite(P〈0.05). 【Conclusion】HSP70, Eotaxin and VDBP are involved in the pathogenesis of BA, which may become the new target for the treatment of ICS.
