雌孕激素治疗青春期功能性子宫出血的疗效观察

Effect of estrogen and progesterone in the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding

目的探讨雌孕激素在治疗青春期功能性子宫出血中的临床疗效。方法选取2012年3月-2014年3月我院收治的70例青春期功能性子宫出血患者,随机分成两组,对照组行常规治疗,观察组在此基础上行雌孕激素治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果观察组出血控制时间、止血时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应,且观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对青春期功能性子宫出血予以雌孕激素治疗,可显著缩短止血时间,临床疗效安全可靠。

【Objective】To study the female progesterone in the treatment of clinical curative effect of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding. 【Methods】In March, 2012 to 2012 in our hospital in March of 70 patients with puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding, randomly divided into two groups, control group routine treatment, observation group based on this, the upward female progestational hormone treatment, two groups of clinical curative effect observation. 【Results】The observation group control bleeding time, bleeding time and hospital stay were shorter than the control group, P〈0.05, with statistical significance. Two groups of patients with no serious adverse events occurred during treatment, the incidence of adverse reaction is lower than the control group and observation group, P〈0.05, with statistical significance. 【Conclusion】The female progestational hormone therapy to puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding, can significantly shorten the bleeding time, safe and reliable clinical curative effect.
