摘要
目的了解深圳市龙岗地区孕妇TORCH感染情况,为制定本地优生优育和母婴保健政策提供参考依据。方法采用ELISA方法,对1 073例孕妇血清进行TORCH-Ig M检测。结果在1 073例孕妇中TORCH感染者46例,总阳性率为4.29%,其中HSV-Ⅱ-Ig M、RV-Ig M、TOX-Ig M、CMV-Ig M的阳性检出率分别为1.68%、1.68%、0.65%、0.28%。结论深圳龙岗地区孕妇TORCH-Ig M总感染率较低,该地区以HSV-Ⅱ和RV感染为主。育龄妇女应重视对TORCH感染筛查,做好孕期保健工作,提高优生优育质量。
【Objective】To investigate the situation of TORCH infections in pregnant women of Longgang area of Shen Zhen city and to provide the information of local eugenics and maternal and infant health care policy. 【Methods】1073 cases of pregnant women serum were detected for TORCH Ig M antibody by enzyme-linked immunosorbent method(ELISA).【Results】There is 46 cases of pregnant women infected with TORCH in the 1073 cases,as the total positive rate of TORCH-Ig M antibody was 4.29%.The positive rates of HSV-I,RV,TOX and CMV were 1.68%,1.68%,0.65% and 0.28% respectively.【Conclusion】The total positive rate of TORCH-Ig M antibodies in pregnant women was relatively lower in Longgang district, while it's mainly infected with HSV-I and RV. We should emphasize the screening of TORCH pathogen in women of childbearing age and prenatal health service to improve the quality of prenatal and postnatal life.
