湘钢炼铁料场物流改造设计与建设特点

Design and Renovation of Logistics Facilities in Stock Yards of Xianggang Group

从湘钢炼铁原料场改造的实际出发,针对原有料场物流混乱、堆存能力不足、供料系统迂回复杂的特点,有针对性的在现有土地上对料场物流进行在线整合改造,使整个系统的堆料能力与受卸能力匹配,取料能力与供料能力匹配,简化受卸与供料流程,提高了储料能力和系统效率。同时,针对湘钢炼铁厂几座高炉的生产现状,提出了逆流程的建设实施方案,取得了很好的效果,对同类型的散装料物流改造项目有实际的指导意义。

In this paper, starting from the practice of the stock yard renovation of the Xianggang Group, and in view of the characteristics and problems of the stock yard of the company before the renovation, we went forward with the online integration and renovation of the stock yard logistics facilities of the group on the available ground in a bid to match the stocking capacity with the receiving and unloading capacity as well as the retrieving capacity with the supply capacity of the entire system, simplify its receiving, unloading and supply processes and improve its storage capacity and system efficiency. Meanwhile, in view of the current production status of the steelmaking plants of the group, we proposed the solution for the con- stmction and implementation of the corresponding reverse processes.
