摘要
本文针对内热式回转窑焙烧钼精矿生产过程的原料预处理和供热系统存在的问题分析,通过对钼精矿预处理闪蒸干燥机移位并增设分级环和以天然气洁净能源代替燃煤为炉台提供热源等一系列技术改进,实现内热式回转窑焙烧钼精矿生产连续稳定、节能环保、优质高产。
By analyzing the reason of the existing internal heating type rotary kiln roasting molybdenum concentrate production process of pretreatment of raw material and heating system , through a series of technical improvement , such as displacing molybdenum concentrate pretreated flash dryer shift and adding grading ring and using natural gas instead of coal to provide clean energy source to furnace platform , continuous and stable production of molybde-num concentrate in internal heating type rotary kiln was achieved , energy saving and environmental protection , high quality and high yield .
