摘要
类石墨烯结构的纳米材料不同于块体材料的众多优异性质,成为近年来非常热门的国际前沿领域之一。本文综述了类石墨烯二硫化钼纳米片的最新制备方法:包括微机械剥离法、锂离子插层法、液相超声方法、化学气相沉积方法以及化学合成方法。阐述了各种不同制备方法的优点和局限性。总结了类石墨烯结构二硫化钼纳米片在催化、锂离子电池和电子器件等方面的应用,并展望了其未来的发展方向。
Many excellent properties of graphene-like structure nano-materials are different from bulk materials , and it has become one of the very popular international frontier in recent years .In this paper , the latest preparation methods on graphene-like structure molybdenum disulfide nanosheets were reviewed .These methods have included micromechanical exfoliation method , lithium ion intercalation method , liquid phase ultrasonic exfoliation , chemical vapor deposition and chemical synthesis .The advantage and limitation of different preparation methods were de-scribed .The application on catalysis , lithium ion batteries and electronics devices of graphene-like structure molyb-denum disulfide nanosheets were introduced .Finally, we also prospect the future development trend about the gra-phene-like structure molybdenum disulfide nanosheets .
