基于Code V的气动热环境下头罩的光传输仿真 被引量:3

摘要 高速气动热环境下,光学头罩会产生无规则非均匀的温度分布和表面变形,从而给光学成像系统带来严重的成像失真和像偏移。本文使用有限元分析软件来仿真高速气动热环境,得到光学头罩的温度分布和表面变形,根据热光效应得到折射率分布,使用Code V的自定义面型和梯度折射率来进行光线追迹。高速光学球头罩的仿真实例表明高速气动热环境下成像失真严重的主要因素是非均匀的头罩折射率分布,而微小的头罩表面形变带来的影响很小。 Under high-speed aero-dynamic heating environment,the optical dome will produce an irregular and inhomogeneous temperature distribution and surface deformation,resulting in a serious image distortion and image shift to the optical imaging system. In this paper,the finite element analysis software is used to simulate the high-speed aero-dynamic heating environment and then the temperature distribution and surface deformation of the optical dome are got. According to thermo-optic effect,refractive index distribution is got,and "User-Defined Surface"and "User-Defined Gradient Index"of Code V are used for ray tracing. The simulation example of high-speed optical dome indicates that the main factor for serious image distortion under high-speed aero-dynamic thermal environment lies in the inhomogeneous dome refractive index distribution,while the tiny surface deformation of dome has little effect on this.
