摘要 本工艺设计一种能满足底部横梁离地面较高的大型结构物运输装船的运输框架,结构设计合理,能承载较大荷载,重量较轻,安装拆装方便,且能重复使用,减少了运输框架的加工工作量,节约了制造成本;利用吊带连接结构物底部与运输框架顶部,方便运输框架安装拆卸,方便SPMT小车进入结构物底部,挡板起到对结构物的主梁纵向止档作用;利用场地余料设计加工一种L形垫板代替传统的螺栓连接运输框架和结构物横向间隙,避免因螺栓孔定位不准带来的连接困难,提高了工作效率;对SPMT小车运输大型结构物的承载能力和稳性进行了校核,满足运输装船的要求。 A conveying frame has been designed for transporting and ship-loading the large-sized structure with the bottom beam far from ground, which is characterized with reasonable design structure, light weight, larger bearing capacity, convenience to assembling and disassembling, repeated utility, less amount of work for processing the conveying frame and low cost. Slings have been used to connect the structure bottom with the top of conveying frame, which is convenient to mounting and dismounting the conveying frame, easy for SPMT trolley to reach the bottom of the structure. In addition, a baffle plate may stop the structure girder longitudinally. A kind of L-shape plate has been designed and processed by using the residual material, which replaces the traditional bolt connecting way, avoids the connecting difficulty caused by wrong position-setting of bolt holes and improves the efficiency. At last, the stability and bearing capacity of SPMT trolley have been checked, which meets the transporting and ship-loading requirements.
