摘要
物资管理是影响工程企业经济效益的重要环节,本文分析了某大型工程物资管理工作的特点,提出了适宜于项目特点的组织结构及供管体制,对物资管理工作从计划管理、电算管理、划项管理、质量管理、现场管理、贯标管理六个方面进行了相应的程序与方法设计。
Material management is one of the important factors affecting an enterprise's economic benefits. In the case, some work has been done to analyze the characteristics of material management of a large-scale project, put forward the organization structure and supply-management system suitable for the project, and design the corresponding material management procedures and methods for the plan management, computer management, items management, quality control, on-site management, implementing standard control and so on.
