摘要
为降低北京地区盾构区间泵房施工的风险,采用总结与分析的方法,总结近年盾构区间泵房设计与施工方面的经验和教训,提出3条建议:1)在满足要求的情况下,适当减小泵房埋深以降低施工难度;2)在目前的施工条件下,富水地层单纯依靠洞内深孔注浆止水开挖泵房,涌水、涌砂风险较高,宜尽量采取冻结法或地面降水方案;3)深孔注浆方案作为最终的优化措施。
In the paper,the experience and lessons drawn in the design and construction of the pumping stations of the shield-bored running tunnels in Beijing are summarized and the following suggestions are made: 1) If possible,the cover depth of the pumping stations should be appropriately reduced so as to minimize the difficulty in the construction of the pump stations; 2) In water-rich ground where only deep-hole grouting is made,there is great water / sand inflow risk in the construction of the pumping stations,therefore artificial freezing or ground surface dewatering should be made as far as possible; 3) Deep-hole grouting may be used as the final optimized countermeasure.
