摘要
以构像理论(image theory)的研究范式为基础,采用实验室模拟实验的方法检验人力资源招聘决策的接纳策略和排除策略的存在,讨论不同策略的启用机制。研究得到以下结果:(1)在人力资源招聘决策过程中,存在由接纳策略或者排除策略所驱动的决策;(2)备择项性质和信息框架影响接纳策略或者排除策略的启用;(3)决策者认知需求水平不影响接纳策略或者排除策略的启用。
Based on the image theory, the presented study simulated real-life recruitments in an experimental setting and examined the different tactics deployed in screening the decision-making process of human resource recruitments. The results revealed: ( 1 ) During the decision-making process of recruitment, both inclusion and elimination were invol,'ed. (2) Proper-ties and information frames of the candidate choices could influence the initiation of the inclusion or elimination. (3) The levels of cog:.itive need of the decision makers would not influence the iniaiation of the inclusion or elimination.
