摘要
某铀矿床水冶生产车间因酸法堆浸液含有较高的钙、镁、铝杂质,导致后续离子交换过程出现吸附、淋洗效果差、树脂中毒等问题。为此,增加负载树脂再吸附塔和清水洗涤负载树脂工序,杜绝了钙、镁、铝等杂质进入淋洗系统;调整淋洗剂配置参数,即提高酸度,有效提高了树脂淋洗效率和再生性能,解决了树脂中毒的问题。通过以上离子交换工艺的改进,保证了水冶工艺的正常运行。
Impurities of calcium, magnesium and aluminum contents are higher in leached solution from heap leaching in a workshop at one uranium mine, which result in poor efficiency of resin adsorp- tion and elution as well as resin poison problems in the later process. Therefore, loaded uranium resin re-adsorption tower and fresh water washing loaded resin procedures are added in order to exclude im- purities of calcium, magnesium and aluminum into elution system. By adjustment of eluant composi- tion parameters with increasing acidity, resin elution efficiency and regeneration property are greatly increased, and resin poison problem was solved. Through improvement of ion exchange technology, uranium mining and hydrometallurgy operation runs properly.
