摘要
为分析城市生态经济耦合协调发展影响因子的贡献程度,采用耦合度和协调度模型分析了城市生态经济耦合协调发展状况,构建了基于径向基函数神经网络(RBFNN)的因子贡献度测度模型,并以武汉市为例进行了研究。结果表明:RBFNN模型能够有效测度城市生态经济系统在耦合度和协调度导向下的影响因子贡献情况,可为调控导向提供指导;2000—2013年间武汉市生态经济的耦合度处于拮抗状态,协调度处于低度或中度协调状态,耦合协调状态欠佳;在武汉市生态经济耦合协调发展过程中,生态类因子起着主导作用,是后期主要调控方向;单因子方面,污水处理厂集中处理率和工业烟尘去除率的因子贡献度最大,而人均湿地面积、人均固定资产投资额及人均GDP的因子贡献度最低;对于城市生态经济不同的耦合协调状态,各影响因子具有不同的贡献作用,可进行自主调节,应针对不同的目标采取不同的调节方式。
This paper uses coordination degree model and coupling degree model to analyse the coordinated development situation of urban eco-economic system,and Radial Basis Function Neural Networks(RBFNN)is put forword to evaluate the contribution factors of coordinated development,with Wuhan as a case study.The results show that the RBFNN model can be used to measure the factor contribution degree of urban eco-economic coordinated development.The coupling degree of eco-economic in Wuhan during the period of 2000—2013 is in antagonistic state,and the coordination degree is in low or moderate coordination state,showing that the coupling coordination state is poor.In the coordinated development process between ecology and economy,the contribution degree of ecological indexes which play a leading role are higher than that of economic indexes.For the single factor,removal rate of industrial dust and centralized treatment rate of wastewater treatment plant have the maximum contribution degree,and per capita wetland、per capita GDP and per capita investment in fixed assets have the minimum contribution degree.In urban eco-economic system,for different target,different factor has different efficiency,which can regulate autonomously.Proper measures should be adopted for different development situation.
