聚乙烯醇对普通打印纸彩色喷墨打印质量改善研究

Study on the Ink Jet Printing Quality Improvement of Ordinary Printing Paper with Polyvinyl Alcohol

目前喷墨打印质量在很大程度上取决于承印材料的表面质量,常用的高光相纸和涂料纸呈色效果优良,但成本较高,影响了喷墨打印的进一步应用。因此,以低成本的普通打印纸为原纸,采用聚乙烯醇溶液对原纸表面进行涂布处理,改善原纸表面质量。对不同涂布液浓度和涂布量条件下制备试样的色强度进行了测试并与原纸进行比较,各标准色块的色强度均有明显提高。对试样的印刷特性曲线进行测试分析,比较各色在实际打印过程中密度的变化趋势,发现采用以上工艺能够明显地改善打印质量。

The ink jet printing quality depends largely on the substrate surface quality. The color effect of high gloss photo paper and coated paper is better,but the cost of them is higher affecting the further application of ink jet printing. Base paper made by the common print paper coated with polyvinyl alcohol cound improve the surface quality of base paper. The color intensity of samples from different coating solution concentration and amount were tested and compared with the base paper. The color intensity of standard color is obviously improved. Printing characteristic curve of specimen was tested,and the change trend of density in the actual process of printing colors was compared. The above process can obviously improve the printing quality.
