托换技术及其在建筑加固中研究与应用

Research and Application of Underpinning Technique in Reinforcement Projects

随着城市建设的快速发展,建筑结构加固与改造已经非常普遍,建筑结构的加固与改造技术的研究也受到广泛关注。采用托换技术对房屋结构体系进行加固改造的需求日益增多,通过分析国内外托换技术的研究现状,对托换技术进行了分类,分析了不同托换技术的技术要点和应用范围,并就施工中的关键技术进行了综述。

With the development of the urban construction,building structure strengthening and retrofitting are becoming more and more widespread. Many researchers focus on the research of building structure strengthening and retrofitting technique. It is increasing day by day that many building structure systems are demanded to be strengthened and retrofitted by using the underpinning technologies. In this paper,both the domestic and abroad research status of underpinning technique were reviewed,and the underpinning techniques were classified. The construction technique points and applied range of different underpinning technique were analyzed,and some key details in the construction were summarized as well.
