UTD1药物在Ⅳ期乳腺癌病人Ⅱ期试验中的应用观察
摘要
脱环氧埃博霉素（UTDl）是我国第一个具有确定I类Ⅳ期乳腺癌病人三线用药，UTDl的使用会带来许多以前其他化疗药物没有的副反应，如强烈的手足疼痛等，这种副反应可以使病人主动要求停药，而且UTDl副反应具有明显的累积作用，在用药过程中如果给予适当的护理干预，可以减轻副反应，从而延长药物治疗时间，进而改变病人无病生存期（PFS）和总生存期（0S）。
