摘要
This paper studies the theme concerning the characteristics and problem about performance assessment of large retail enterprises, taking Auchan as example. It is aimed at exploring how the large retail enterprises to carry out performance assessment and what are the characters of performance assessment, as well as the problems and solutions during the process of performance assessment under the terrible environment like fierce competition, low quality of employee, expanded scale and various abuses especially high wastage rate of employee by text analysis, focused research and cases analysis.
