摘要
利用Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机对海洋平台用钢(E690)进行了单道次压缩试验,分析了变形温度、变形量和变形速率对E690动态再结晶行为的影响。结果表明,变形温度是影响奥氏体晶粒度的主要因素,且随变形温度的增加,变形速率的减小,及变形量的增加,奥氏体晶粒更细小均匀。优化热轧工艺参数为变形温度950℃,变形量50%,变形速率0.1 s-1,晶粒度可达到9.7级。
Pass roller experiment of steel E690 for sea platform was conducted by Gleeble-3800 thermal simulation experimental machine,the influence of deformation temperature,strain and strain rate on dynamic recrystallization behavior of E690 steel was analysed. The results show that deformation temperature is major factor to the austenite grain size,and with the deformation temperature increase,deformation rate decrease and deflection rises,austenite grain becomes more fine and uniformity. The optimal hot rolling parameters for steel E690 are deformation at 950 ℃,strain deflection 50%,strain rate 0. 1 s- 1,thus the grain size can be 9. 7 grade.
