聚合物发泡过程中气泡分裂的理论研究和数值模拟

摘要 对聚合物发泡过程中的气泡分裂进行了理论研究和数值模拟,用理论推导的方法计算出气泡分裂过程所需要的时间;采用流体体积函数(VOF)方法对相应条件下的气泡分裂进行了数值模拟,并对模拟的分裂时间和理论计算的分裂时间进行比较;分析了气泡分裂时间的影响因素。结果表明,气泡分裂时间与体系的界面能成正比,与体系界面黏度、气泡半径以及剪切速率的平方成反比。 The bubble breakup in polymer foaming process was studied by theoretical calculation and numerical simulation in this paper. For a given bubble in simple shear flow, the breakup time was calculated by a theoretical derivation method and was simulatedby a volume-of-fluid method. The breakup times derived from the two ways were compared. The factors which influenced the bubble breakup time were analyzed, and it was found that the bubble breakup time was proportional to interracial energy, and inversely proportional tointerfacial viscosity, bubble diameter, and the square of shearing rate.
