摘要
树突状细胞(DC)作为最有效的抗原呈递细胞(APC),在结核分枝杆菌(MTB)感染中的作用机制日益受到重视。机体感染MTB后,DC能够有效摄取加工抗原、分泌多种细胞因子、激活免疫应答,在机体的抗结核免疫中发挥重要作用。该文详细介绍MTB感染后DC表面分子的变化、定向迁移及诱导免疫耐受的机制等方面的研究进展。
As one of the most effective antigen presenting cells (APC), the effects of dendritic cells (DCs) on mycobaeterium tuberculosis(MTB) infection have attracted more and more attention. When body is infected by MTB, DC can ingest antigens ,secrete cytokines and aetate the immune response, so it plays an important role in anti-tuberculosis. Here is to make a review of the progress about the changes of DC surface molecules, directional migration and immune tolerance mechanisms.
