摘要
锌元素能够以自由离子的形式在细胞内作为一种信号分子,通过对多个关键环节的影响,从而对细胞信号转导起到重要的调控作用。这些环节包括细胞外信号识别、第二信使的代谢、蛋白激酶和磷酸酶活性以及转录因子活性等,并且能通过此途径在多种生理和病理事件中扮演着重要的角色,包括细胞免疫、增殖、凋亡、分化及侵袭等。因此,该文就锌离子作为信号分子对细胞信号转导调控的研究进展予以综述,以期促进锌离子在细胞生理、病理事件中作用机制的研究以及为疾病的防治提供理论依据。
Zinc can act as a kind of signal molecule in the form of active ion to participate in the modu- lation of cellular signaling transduetion,including the extraeellular signal recognition, the metabolism of sec- ond messenger, the activity of protein kinase, phasphatase and transcription factors, by which it plays a signif- icant role in many physiological and pathological processes such as cellular immunity,inflammation, prolifera- tion, apoptosis, differentiation and invasion. Here is to make a review of the development of the research on the effects of zinc as a signal molecule on the cellular signaling transduction in the hope of advancing the related research and providing the possible new theory of treatment for disease linked with zinc.
