关节镜下后侧入路治疗腘窝囊肿的研究进展

Advances in Arthroscopic Posterior Approach for the Treatment of Popliteal Cyst

腘窝囊肿是腘窝滑液囊肿的总称,好发于腓肠肌、半膜肌。腘窝囊肿可分为继发性、原发性两种类型,继发性腘窝囊肿多伴随出现关节病损,但现阶段认为是由于单向流通的"阀门机制"。治疗方案主要有保守治疗、开放手术治疗以及关节镜下手术治疗,关节镜手术可有效改善腘窝囊肿以及其原发病。随着关节镜手术的发展以及成熟,该术式已经取得了良好的效果。

Popliteal cyst is a general term for popliteal Synovial cysts, which often occurs in the 8astroc-nemius, semimembranosus. PopliteR1 cyst can be divided into secondary, primary types. Secondary popliteal cyst is often accompanied by joint lesions, which is considered to be caused by the one-way flow of ＂valve mechanism＂ currently. The treatment prosrarns are mainly conservative treatment,open surgery and arthro- scopic surgery, and arthroscopic surgery can effectively improve the popliteal cyst and their primary disease. With the development and maturing of arthroscopic surgery, good results have been achieved.
