The Characteristics of Blood-supply and Contraction in Subendocardial Myocardium

摘要 心内膜下层心肌位于心肌最内层,由于血供及收缩的特点使其在心肌缺血状态下最先出现损伤。无创成像技术的发展、定性定量评估心内膜下层心肌结构及功能准确性的提高,使心内膜下层心肌作为心脏疾病早期损伤指标及干预靶点的重要性日益凸显。通过干预心内膜下层心肌延缓或逆转缺血性心脏病及心力衰竭中的心室重构具有广阔的研究前景。 Subendocardial myocardium is an inner layer in heart and its characteristics of blood-supply and contraction make it uniquely vulnerable to injury under ischemic condition. Technical advances in new noninvasive imaging modalities make qualitative and quantitative assessment of subendocardial structure, function, and perfusion more accurate and highlight the importance of subendoeardial myocardium as a marker of subclinical ischemic cardiac disease. It has a wide research prospect to delay or reverse the ventricular remodeling in isehemic heart disease or heart failure by treating subendocardial myocardium.
