手机电磁辐射与腮腺肿瘤易患性的Meta分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的 用Meta分析方法探讨手机电磁辐射与腮腺肿瘤的易患性。方法 计算机检索中、英文数据库中关于手机辐射与腮腺肿瘤易感性的研究,由2名评价者独立进行文献质量评价和数据资料提取后,采用Rev Man 5.1软件进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入6项研究,病例组1202例腮腺肿瘤患者和对照组5818例正常人,Meta分析结果显示,短期使用手机与腮腺肿瘤的发生没有关联(OR=1.15,95%CI 0.75~1.77;P=0.53);长期使用手机与腮腺肿瘤的发生也没有关联(OR=0.96,95%CI 0.63~1.48;P=0.86)。结论 手机电磁辐射与腮腺肿瘤发生没有关联,使用手机不是腮腺肿瘤发生的危险因素。 Objective To investigate cell phone electromagnetic radiation and susceptibility of parotid gland tumors by Meta-analysis. Methods The literatures were retrieved about cell phone electromagnetic radiation and parofid tumor from Chinese and English database. The data extraction and quality assessment were analyzed by two reviewers independently using software RevMan 5. 1. Results Six studies were included, 1202 cases in case group and 5818 normal people in control group, Meta-analysis showed:short-term using of mobile phones and parotid gland tumors were not related( OR = 1.15,95% C10. 75-1.77 ;P =0. 53) ;long- term using of mobile phones and parotid gland tumors were not related( OR =0. 96,95% CIO. 63-1.48 ;P = 0. 86). Conclusion Phone electromagnetic radiation and parotid gland tumors are not correlated, using cell nhone, is nnt a risk factor for oarotid tumors.
