包钢含MgO球团矿矿相结构与冶金性能研究 被引量:10

摘要 为探索包钢生产含MgO球团矿的可行性,对添加不同比例蛇纹石及轻烧白云石的含MgO球团矿还原后矿相结构及添加蛇纹石球团矿的软熔性能进行了试验研究。结果表明:配加轻烧白云石会使球团矿产生较多液相,气孔不均匀,加剧还原膨胀;而配加适量蛇纹石能抑制液相产生,增加球团矿的气孔率,并使气孔大小及分布均匀,对抑制球团矿还原膨胀具有积极作用。且配加蛇纹石的球团矿软化/熔化温度升高,软熔区间变窄,有助于改善高炉料柱透气性,提高冶炼强度,降低焦比。 In order to work out the feasibility of MgO-containing pellet production in Baostou Steel,the experimental study on mineralogical structure of MgO-bearing pellets after reduction added with different proportion of serpentine and lightly-burnt dolomite and the softening and melting performance of pellets added with serpentine was carried out. The result shows that, adding lightly-burned dolomite can make pellets produce more liquid phase, make pores uneven and can increase the reduction swelling; However, adding serpentine can inhibit the production of liquid phase, increase the porosity of pellets, and make the pore size and distribution uniform,having positive action for inhibiting pellet reduction swelling. The softening/smelting temperature of pellets added with serpentine rises,the softening and melting zone become narrower,which is helpful for improving permeability of BF burden column, for increasing the smelting intensity and reducing coke ratio.
