摘要
目的探讨蔗糖对七味白术散与酵母菌联用治疗菌群失调腹泻的疗效,明确蔗糖对七味白术散与酵母菌联用治疗菌群失调腹泻的影响,为临床治疗指导小儿服药尽可能取得最优药效。方法将SPF级昆明种小鼠48只随机分为4组,以无菌生理盐水作正常组,采用抗生素建立小鼠菌群失调腹泻模型,灌胃25%量超微七味白术散+25%量酵母组,25%量超微七味白术散+25%量酵母组+蔗糖组。结果七味白术散和酵母菌配伍加蔗糖组对小鼠的体重无影响;各组均能治疗小鼠菌群失调腹泻;对小鼠肠道的细菌数和大肠埃希菌数有明显的抑制作用;能促进双歧杆菌和乳酸菌的生长,作用不显著;在治疗肠道菌群失调小鼠的酶活性恢复上均有效,但七味白术散和酵母菌配伍加蔗糖组在一定程度上未能提高纤维素酶和木聚糖酶的酶活性,对小鼠腹泻的治疗效果不及七味白术散超微汤药。结论七味白术散制剂在临床用药时不加蔗糖更理想。
Objective To explore the influence of sucrose on the efficacy of Qiwei Baizhu(QB)powder combined with yeast in treatment of dysbacteriotic diarrhea in mice,and provide guidance for clinical use of pediatric medicine to obtain optimal efficacy as far as possible.Methods 48 SPF Kunming mice were divided into 4groups randomly.The mice in Normal group were given sterile saline,while the mice in the other three groups were rendered dysbacteriotic via administration of antibiotics,then given sterile saline(Model group),QB powder combined with yeast(Sugar free group),and QB powder combined with yeast and sucrose(Sugar group)respectively.Results The body weights of mice were not influenced by QB combined with yeast and sucrose.The dysbacteriotic diarrhea of mice in each group were effectively treated;the amounts of bacteria and Escherichaia coli were inhibited while the growth of Bifidobacteriaand Lactobacilli promoted,not significantly though.However,QB combined with yeast and sucrose did not improve the activity of cellulase and xylanase appropriately,and was less effective for diarrhea than QB combined with yeast alone.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Qiwei Baizhu powder can be better without addition of sucrose.
