摘要
目的调查广州地区女性人群人乳头状瘤病毒(Human papillomavirus,HPV)感染状况和基因型分布情况。方法采用HPV基因分型技术对2011年10月至2014年10月在本院妇科体检和就诊的8 925例不同年龄的女性患者进行HPV基因检查,分析HPV-DNA亚型感染状况。结果 8 925例受检者中共检出HPV阳性者3 153例,阳性率为35.33%,其中高危型HPV感染阳性率为26.35%(2352/8925)。在被测的21个HPV基因亚型中,最常见类型依次为16型(8.13%,726/8925),52型(5.14%,459/8925),53型(2.69%,240/8925)。HPV阳性者中多重感染率为5.18%(462/8925),以二重感染最常见(4.20%,375/8925)。不同年龄段人群HPV阳性率有差异,41-50岁人群HPV阳性率最高(29.40%,927/3153)。结论广州地区最常见的亚型是HPV16、HPV52和HPV53,对HPV基因亚型分析是临床宫颈病变诊断和早期筛查的理想方法。
Objective To investigate the infection status and genotype distribution of HPV in women in Guangzhou region.Methods The gene chip technique was used to detect HPV gene in 8,925 local women patients at different ages in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2014.The subtypes of HPV were compared and analyzed.Results Among the 8,925 patients,3,153 were infected with HPV(35.33%),and 2,334 were infected with HR-HPV(high risk HPV,26.15%).Out of the 21 subtypes of HPV,HPV-16(8.13%,726/9825)was the most common of all types,followed by subtypes HPV-52(5.14%,459/8925)and HPV-53(2.69%,240/8925).In the HPV positive patients,462(5.18%,462/8925)patients had multiple infection,of whom 375(4.20%,375/8925)patients were superinfected.The highest positive rate of HPV(29.40%,927/3153)was seen in patients aged 41 to 50.Conclusion The most common HPV genotypes are HPV16,52 and 53in Guangzhou.The analysis of HPV Subtypes is an ideal method for clinical diagnosis of cervical lesions and early screening.
