由呋喃制备吡咯的催化剂研究 被引量:1

Investigation of the catalyst for preparing pyrrole from furan

摘要 使用SiO2 Al2 O3 催化剂 ,以呋喃和氨水为反应物 ,通过芳香环上杂原子取代的气固相催化反应制备吡咯。确定了催化剂的最佳制备条件 :灼烧温度 6 0 0℃ ,Al质量分数 10 %~ 2 5 % ,反应的 pH值 2 5~ 3 2。在催化反应温度 (42 0± 1)℃范围内 ,反应物的摩尔比呋喃∶氨∶水为 1∶8∶37,液时空速 0 2 7h-1。 Pyrrole from furan and ammonia by vapor solid phase replacing reaction was prepared with SiO 2 Al 2O 3 as the catalyst. The best conditions for preparation of the catalyst were confirmed: the calcining temperature was 600?℃, aluminium content was 10%-25% and pH value was 2 5-3 2. Under the conditions of the reaction temperature being (420±1)℃, the molar ratio of n (C 4H 4O)∶ n (NH 3)∶ n (H 2O) being 1∶8∶37 and the liquid hourly space velocity being 0 27?h -1 , the catalyst showed its improved stability with good activity and selectivity.
