摘要
教育信息化绩效评估对于科学准确反映我国教育信息化发展水平,指导我国教育信息化科学持续发展具有重要意义。该文通过文献调研,分析了国内外教育信息化发展状况以及评估相关主要研究成果,归纳教育信息化绩效评估研究的关键内容,梳理其研究视角,跟踪我国教育信息化绩效评估的研究趋势以及未来发展方向。通过创新教育信息化绩效评估指标体系研究,积极拓展教育信息化绩效评估的实践领域,逐步加大绩效评估研究成果对教育信息化发展政策制定的影响,对促进我国教育信息化事业发展,推动绩效评估向客观化、科学化、实用化的方向迈进,具有深远的理论意义和实践价值。
Performance evaluation of ICT in education has important significance to reflecting the development level of ICT in education accurately, and guiding the scientific and sustained development of ICT in education in China. This paper investigates the present situation and main research results relating to performance evaluation about domestic and foreign development of ICT in education by literature investigation, to summarize the key aspects of the performance evaluation of ICT in education, to analysis the performance evaluation of ICT in education, and to track the research trends and future directions of performance evaluation of ICT in education in China. The innovative research on index system of performance evaluation expands the practice research fields of performance evaluation of ICT in education and increases the effect of performance evaluation studies on policy formulation, which have far-reaching theoretical and practical value on the strengthening development of ICT in education in China and the promoting of performance evaluation to be objective, scientific and practical.
