摘要
探讨BC9型钢领的成纱性能。以T/C 65/35粗纱为原料,在QFA1528型细纱机上使用黑氮、镀铬、复合等3种不同表面处理工艺的BC9型钢领与PG1型普通钢领进行纺纱质量对比试验。结果表明:在成纱毛羽、条干、强力等方面,BC9型钢领均不同程度的优于PG1型普通钢领。与PG1型普通平面钢领相比,BC9型钢领的成纱有害毛羽数量有所降低,其中镀铬表面处理的较优;成纱条干和常发性纱疵有较明显改善,其中复合表面处理的较优;成纱断裂强度和单强CV值有较明显改善,其中复合表面处理的较优。认为:钢丝圈在钢领上运行的稳定性对成纱质量起着决定性的作用,是今后研究的一个方向。BC9型钢领对高速的适应性及成纱质量优于普通平面钢领,其研究有助于解决细纱机高速化、大卷装的问题。
Properties of yarn spun by BC9 ring was discussed. Polyester/cotton 65/35 roving was used as raw material. The quality comparison tests of yarn spun by BC9 ring treated with three different surface technology like black nitrogen,chromeplate and composition and PG1 common ring in QFA1528 spinning frame were implemented. The test results show that yarn spun by BC9 ring is better than yarn spun by PG1 common ring from aspects of yarn hairiness, evenness,strength and so on. Compared with PG1 common ring, the harmful hairiness of yarn spun by BC9 ring was decreased and ring treated with chromeplate on the surface is the best. The yarn evenness and common yarn defects are obviously improved and ring treated with composite method is the best. Breaking strength and single strength CV value of yarn are also improved obviously and ring treated with composite method is the best. It is considered that running stability of ring travel on ring plays a decisive role on the yarn quality,it is one of the directions in future study. BC9 ring is better than common plate ring in aspects of adaptability to high-speed and yarn quality. The study is beneficial to resolve the problems like high-speed and larger package of spinning frame.
