经纱分段测试法优化织机上机张力的研究 被引量:3

摘要 探讨不同上机张力对经纱性能的影响。为优化上机张力,选取转杯纺普梳纯棉18tex纱为经纱,在JAT710型喷气织机上织造经密320根/10cm、纬密280根/10cm的平纹织物,上机张力分别为2 200 N、2 700N和3 200N。采用经纱分段测试法对不同上机张力下的经纱强伸性、耐磨性和毛羽进行测试与分析。结果表明:随着上机张力的增大,经纱的各项性能指标呈下降趋势,且在上机张力到达2 700N后,经纱性能下降比较显著。认为:该品种上机张力设定不宜超过2 700N。 The influence of different loom tension on warp property was discussed. To optimize loom tension, 18 rex rotor-spun pure cotton yarn with normal carding was selected as warp. Plain fabric with warp density as 320 counts/10 cm and weft density as 280 counts/10 cm was produced in JAT710 air jet loom. Loom tensions were set as 2 200 N, 2 700 N and 3 200 N separately. Breaking strength and elongation, abrasive resistance and hairiness under different loom tensions were tested and analyzed by warp sectionalization test method. The test results show that warp properties are in a decrease trend as the increase of loom strength. Moreover, when loon tension is reached to 2 700 N, warp properties are decreased obviously. It is considered that the loom tension for this variety should not be set larger than 2 700 N.
